Use & Care

Thank you for your purchase of Zeroca Stainless Steel Cookware. For years of great results, please follow the Use & Care Instructions below.

PRIOR TO USING YOUR ZEROCA STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE:
Before first use, your Zeroca Stainless Steel Cookware should be washed in hot soapy water using a soft sponge or dishcloth. Pans should be rinsed and dried promptly to prevent water spots.

USING YOUR ZEROCA STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE:
All Zeroca Stainless Steel Cookware can be used on gas, induction, electric coil, and electric smooth top ranges. Heat settings of medium or lower will give the best results when cooking with stainless steel cookware. High heat should only be used to boil water. Do not let your cookware boil dry. Any wood, nylon, plastic, metal, or other non-sharp cooking utensils can be used in your stainless steel cookware. DO NOT put your cookware in the oven, under a broiler, or under a browning element.

CLEANING YOUR ZEROCA STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE:
It is recommended that you hand wash all your stainless steel cookware. Allow pan to cool completely before washing. Do not use abrasive cleaning products such as steel wool, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners as these products can dull the interior finish of your stainless steel cookware. This will not affect the performance of the cookware though. Normally, stubborn food particles can be removed by soaking in warm, soapy water. If soaking does not work, add one inch of water to the pan, add a tablespoon of dishwashing detergent, bring to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool, then hand wash as recommended. Make certain there is adequate ventilation if you carry out this procedure to reduce possible odors. When exposed to high heat, stainless may discolor and have a rainbow appearance. This can be cleaned easily with a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner. High mineral content in your water can leave a white or a rainbow colored stain on your cookware. Use lemon juice or vinegar to remove. We do not recommend cleaning this product is a dishwasher.

GLASS COVERS:
Your Zeroca Stainless Steel Cookware has tempered glass covers that are shatter and heat resistant. Even though the covers are tempered, they are still breakable. If cover is exposed to extreme temperature changes, glass may shatter. Do not handle a hot glass cover with a damp or wet cloth/potholder. Allow cover to cool before rinsing under cool water. Do not place them on a burner, under a broiler, or a browning element.

Sliding pans – Move pans with care over stovetops, especially glass top ranges as scratches may result if pan is slid across the surface. Microwave – Never use your cookware in a microwave oven Broiler – Never use your cookware under a broiler.
